Your sites are hosted on servers managed by Digitify, with capacity planned specifically for your site. We do not publish a fixed hardware list; sites run in different sectors and under very different loads. Capacity is planned for each site individually: package type, expected visitors and concurrent users, product/content volume and the busy periods of the sector are all assessed. The appropriate server and configuration are chosen from that plan, and resources are upgraded as your needs grow. Daily automatic backups and a free SSL certificate are standard in every package. Server brand, IP, operating system and configuration details are commercially confidential and are not shared.

We handle the setup from start to finish. Your site goes live within 5 to 24 hours of payment. Your logo, brand colours and contact details are applied in the same window.

Everything is included in the first year. From the second year onwards there is an annual renewal fee covering only the domain, hosting and support. The renewal fee is far below the package price and is fixed for a year.

It is not mandatory. If you choose not to renew, we hand over a full backup of your site files and database; you can move the site to any other hosting provider. Your data always belongs to you.

Of course. We point your existing domain to the site or transfer it, free of charge. In that case the domain cost is deducted from the package price.

Yes. Every theme and extension we use is genuinely licensed; we do not use nulled software. Licences are purchased in Digitify’s name and the right of use for your site is assigned to you. Licence files, keys and source code are not delivered. Details: Licence and Rights of Use Policy.

You can pay by credit card with instalments, by bank transfer/EFT, or against a corporate invoice. Support is provided via WhatsApp, phone and e-mail on weekdays between 09:00 and 18:00. Critical outages are handled 24/7.

No. What you purchase is not a file archive or a software product; it is the right to use an installed, live website that has been delivered to you. Source code, installation archives, database backups, licence keys and server access credentials are outside the scope of the service. You are given access to the site and the admin panel. Your own content (product, customer and order data) is exported as CSV/Excel on request.
