Delivery and Scope of Service Policy

<h2>1. Purpose of This Policy</h2>
<p>This policy exists to set out clearly <strong>exactly what is and is not delivered</strong> with the ready-made website packages purchased through Cloudesoft. Placing an order means this policy has been read and accepted.</p>
<h2>2. What Is Delivered</h2>
<p>For every package whose payment has been completed, the following are delivered:</p>
<ul>
<li>A <strong>live, fully working website</strong> on your domain.</li>
<li>The site's <strong>admin panel address</strong>, panel username and password.</li>
<li>An installation with the domain pointed correctly and the <strong>SSL certificate active</strong>.</li>
<li>The themes and extensions covered by the package, <strong>installed and configured</strong>.</li>
<li>Transfer of demo content and configuration of basic settings (language, currency, contact details, shipping/payment fields).</li>
<li>Post-installation guidance on how to use the panel, plus 1 year of technical support.</li>
</ul>
<h2>3. What Is Not Delivered</h2>
<p>The following items are <strong>not</strong> included in the package price and are not shared under any circumstances:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Server and hosting infrastructure details:</strong> server IP address, hosting provider, data centre location, server configuration.</li>
<li><strong>Server access credentials:</strong> cPanel / WHM / Plesk, SSH, root, FTP / SFTP and database (MySQL) usernames and passwords.</li>
<li><strong>Source code and installation files:</strong> the source code of themes, extensions, modules or the platform; compressed installation packages; database backup files.</li>
<li><strong>Licence keys</strong> and third-party developer account details.</li>
<li>Design source files (PSD, Figma, AI, etc.) and development documentation.</li>
</ul>
<p>These items fall under the commercial secrets of Digitify Dijital Kreatif Ajansı and/or the intellectual property of third-party developers. Requesting them is outside the scope of the service and is not grounds for a refund or cancellation.</p>
<h2>4. Hosting of the Site</h2>
<p>The website included in the packages runs on hosting infrastructure managed by Digitify. Responsibility for hosting, operation, updates and backups rests with Digitify. For that reason server-level access is not opened to the customer; the customer manages the site <strong>through the admin panel</strong>.</p>
<h2>5. Delivery Time and Method</h2>
<ul>
<li>Standard delivery time is <strong>5–24 hours</strong> from confirmation of payment.</li>
<li>Domain preference, extension and admin language are collected during the order. If this information is missing or incorrect, the clock stops until it is complete.</li>
<li>Delivery takes place by sending the panel address, username and password to the order holder's e-mail address and/or WhatsApp number.</li>
<li>If the requested domain is already registered, alternatives are offered to the customer.</li>
</ul>
<h2>6. After Delivery</h2>
<p>After delivery it is the customer's responsibility to change the panel password and keep it confidential. Content changes made through the panel, deleted data and the consequences of uploaded files belong to the customer. Content-related errors are not repaired free of charge under technical support; they are priced separately.</p>
